By registering for any of our events or services, you agree to our cancellation and booking policy:

We are committed to creating a safer, respectful, and well-prepared environment for every guest. Because our bookings require significant planning, space coordination, and have very limited spots, we ask that you please honour the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Deadlines:
14+ days before the booking: Full refund minus a €20 administrative fee.
7–13 days before: 50% of the booking fee is refundable.
Less than 7 days before: No refund.
Transfers & Substitutions:
You may transfer your booking to another guest at no additional charge. Please notify us by email at least 24 hours before the booking.
Non-Attendance / No-Show:
If you do not attend the booking and have not informed us in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.
Booking Cancellation by Us:
In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule the booking (e.g., due to illness, venue issues, or insufficient registrations), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Please include your full name, booking reference (if applicable), and whether you’re requesting a cancellation or transfer.
Additional Notes:
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If you’re experiencing illness or a personal emergency, we encourage open communication — we’re happy to work with you where possible.

By booking the studio, you are renting the space only and agree to the following:
You are fully responsible for your activities, models, and equipment during the rental period.
We assume no liability for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property.
Suspension points are provided without guarantee — use is entirely at your own risk.
Paper backdrop policy: any damage to the paper wall is charged at €100 per damaged section, due to the high effort required for replacement.

All listed prices apply to private clients / personal use only. If you or a third party intend to use images commercially — brand or advertising campaigns, product promotion, paid social ads, business websites, press/PR, editorials with commercial intent, or any monetized content — please request a separate commercial license and quote.
