Please note that all rope sets sold in this store are made to order and produced individually upon receipt of your order.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are excluded once an order has been placed.
Each rope undergoes our hand-treatment and quality control process to ensure a consistently high-quality product.
This exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If your order arrives with a material defect or a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and find an appropriate solution.__
