We are committed to creating a safer, respectful, and well-prepared environment for every participant. Because our group workshops require significant planning, space coordination, and have very limited spots, we ask that you please honour the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Deadlines:
14+ days before the workshop: Full refund minus a €20 administrative fee.
7–13 days before: 50% of the workshop fee is refundable.
Less than 7 days before: No refund, unless your spot can be filled from the waitlist.
Transfers & Substitutions:
You may transfer your spot to another participant at no additional charge. Please notify us by email at least 24 hours before the event.
If the workshop has a waiting list, and we can fill your spot, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus admin fee).
Non-Attendance / No-Show:
If you do not attend the workshop and have not informed us in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.
Workshop Cancellation by Us:
In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule the workshop (e.g., due to illness, venue issues, or insufficient registrations), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Additional Notes:
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If you’re experiencing illness or a personal emergency, we encourage open communication — we’re happy to work with you where possible.
